Wecycle Atlanta to aid in Spelman's Wellness Revolution 5k!

Wellness Revolution 5K Run/Walk

As part of Spelman's Wellness Revolution and Founders Day activities, the College will host a 5K (3.1 mile) run/walk Saturday, April 11, 2015, to promote personal health and fitness within the Spelman community and the Atlanta University Center. The program will feature coordinated activities for participants in addition to health and wellness information and tips. Catch Wecycle Atlanta leading the 5k!

Who*: This event is open to Spelman College and the greater Atlanta community. 

Age Requirements:  Ages 12 and up. Parent/Guardian consent is required for participants less than 18 years of age.

Course: The 5K Run/Walk will begin and end at Spelman College. After the 5K Run/Walk, join us for our post run/walk activities.

*Please Note:
1. All Run/Walk participants under the age of 18 must have a Waiver Release Form completed by their parent/guardian. Waivers will be available for signing onsite.

2. Run/Walk participants ages 18+ are required to complete the Waiver Release Form online or in person prior to the race.

3. Due to safety precautions, strollers, wheel chairs, and pets are prohibited.

Parking
Parking is available in the Spelman College Parking Garage.  If available, park on the 2nd floor for easy access to The Suites Amphitheater.  Parking will be free for all 5K Run/Walk participants.
